We assist the committees with ensuring that your asset compliance is managed, whether it be certification for Fire Measures, Cooling Towers, Pool, Lift or Roof Safety and managing other obligations of your scheme such as workplace Health & Safety.

Insurance Claims and Renewals
We have a responsibility to ensure that schemes we manage are insured based on appropriate valuations. As part of our agreed ser-vice, we liaise with the strata committee when we obtain insurance valuations and renewal quotations, and with the preparation and administration of insurance claims.

Maintenance Administration
Scheme has an obligation to property maintain common property. All maintenance and repair decision must be assessed and made within the legislative framework with consideration to whether trust funds have been raised for purpose. Our aim is to assist so that cost effective decisions can be made in a prompt and efficient manner.

Property Administration
We are responsible for handling the administrative elements of running a property and ensuring it remains valuable.

Meetings
Our Strata Managers are trained and experienced in effectively managing of controlling meeting. Whilst notices and minutes of meetings are prepared and distributed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation. They are prepared with the aim that the reader has clarity on decisions.

Developers
We provide developers with Strata Consulting Services – practical advice on the legislative, operational and financial ramifications of different schemes to support the development of liveable and enjoyable communities.

By-Laws Review
Our team will review the draft By-Laws and advise on their practicalities to minimise issues and disputes further down the track.

Budgeting
We provide practical and substantiated budgets and estimations for levies to support your property sales and marketing.

Setup
We will guide you through what documentation you need to provide the Owners Corporation upon registration of the Strata Plan such as certifications, manuals, warranties and maintenance schedules.
